Daft Mud began as a happy accident—somewhere between curiosity, clay, and a little bit of chaos.

I found ceramics while navigating a really difficult chapter of my life. Everything felt unmanageable, and my soul was carrying too much. But everything changed the day I made Kan.

Kan is the duck, the inspo, the heart of my journey and now, the icon behind my business. He is my reminder to not take myself too seriously, to strive to do what feels right, and to welcome uncertainty as an old friend.

I’m building a universe — one filled with friends, growth, and authenticity. I’m not entirely sure where this journey will lead, but for now, I’m going to follow what feels right.
