Shipping policy

Daft Mud currently ships within the United States only. All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure your handmade ceramics arrive safely.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated or contacted. Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product listing.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and follow up with the shipping carrier regarding delivery status. I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, shipping box, and all packaging materials so I can assist with a replacement or refund.
