Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of my ceramics, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged (as detailed below), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can help with a replacement or refund. Small variations in glaze, color, and form are part of each piece’s unique handmade character and are not considered defects.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Damages include:

• Broken, cracked, or shattered pieces on arrival
• Chips caused during shipping
• Broken lids, handles, or other structural parts
  
• Receiving the wrong item

Not considered damage:

• Minor glaze variation, speckling, pooling, or color shifts
• Small differences in shape, size, or symmetry
• Natural handmade texture marks
• Tiny cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect function
• Preference-based issues (“it looked different than I expected”)
